Friday Night

i passed my test for work so yeah . . . now i start the real stuff. i think i'm gonna try to get another part time job to go with the ones i have now just so i can have some extra money. it looks like i'll be depending on overtime for a while until things settle out. the good thing is that overtime is ALWAYS available. blah . . . we'll see.

to get my mind off of things, i felt like going out and just dancing or listenin to some good music and stuff, ya know? a lot of people from work havin their parties and junk but i wanted to hang out with my sis and she said she wanted to go out to the club. since i'm only 19, i'm all about gettin in before 11 so i get my discount and junk and she was all "we can make it". i got home early last night (around 9:45) and yeah . . . she took forever. we didn't end up leaving until 11:20 somethin. anyway, we go down to Fuel and it's closed. so we decide to go to the Atrium and it's closed. so then we end up going to crappy ass X/S bc i had some VIP passes and i could get in free and junk. at first, i thought it wouldn't be so bad bc there were some hot guys outside in the parking lot and they were playin good music while we were waiting to get in. i should have known something was up when the bouncers were all "ladies get in free tonight" and were handing out passes to the guys. yeah . . . it sucked. there was only one room open, the guys in the club were too shy and young (i don't know what happened to the guys outside . . .), there were 18 year old hoochies runnin all over the place and they must have switched DJs or somethin . . . bc the music was straight up . . . yeah . . . i won't be going there anymore. we stayed there for about five or six songs and then decided to go cruisin downtown or try to find something going on. we figured that since both clubs were closed everyone would be cruisin or somethin. downtown . . . there were cops on every corner tryin to clear people out and no one was out cruising. we debated on going to 2-1-0, but nah . . . it's kinda off over there. we were really close to just deciding to go to Austin, but it was already 2 somethin.

what happened to all the clubs? where is everyone goin now?

oh yeah . . . they had one lane runnin on 410. this morning they completely shut down the high way. what's goin on with SA?
