Busy

i apologize for the lack of entries lately. there has been a lot going on and i don't think writing is the correct way to express my feelings on this matter. well on here at least. bleh . . . seems like it'll get better though if that looks like it'll help any.

well putting that issue aside . . . i do have some news from the past week or so:

1. i've met a guy. i don't know if it's gonna go anywhere, but i'm happy to have this opportunity to get to know him a little better even if it's just on a friendship level. i'm kind of weary to get back into the swing of things bc of the "John situation". i met this guy and John the same day. the fact that i've known this guy a little longer and he's seen what's happened with John and i've seen his reaction from a male's perspective and the comfort and support he's provided really makes me trust him. i don't know if that's good or bad yet. once i find out, you'll be informed. i hate not being able to fully trust people off the back . . . it's so unlike me. i'm still adjusting.

2. i got an A on my first exam. i'm so proud of myself. yall should be too.

3. i call her Madame K. my older sis has gone into an astrology mode. she does charts and numerology and yeah . . . the works. she puts her heart into it. when she gets home, she plays with my neice, talks with us for a little bit, and grabs some food then . . . works on charts. i wake up at like 3:30 in the morning and she's on the computer typing up people's charts. i think she's trying to secretly analyze all of the people in her life so she knows what to expect and stuff. it's awesome, but kind of scary at the same time. every time something happens, she attributes it to astrology. "umm-hmm . . . he had 5 planets in the fire signs . . ." or "you know his planets were unevenly distributed among the houses. . ." i love my sister :o)

word. there was more. one week seems so far ago. my memory is crap right now. i'll post more later if i have time as it comes to me.
