Beautiful Day

damn. i had a kick ass day today. i went to sleep at 12:30ish last night and woke back up at 2:00a bc i had to finish my papers and i thought i was gonna have the most awful day ever bc my sleep was off and i was stressin over my paper and stuff, but not even. my papers actually turned awesome . . . well i think they did at least. i still have to wait for the results, but i have this feeling. LOL, i was just proud of my work for once. it was weird. usually when i finish my papers, i think that it is so crappy until i get it back from the instructor and read through it again and then i think "hey, not bad", but this time everything just clicked. my exams went so well. in one class, all i had to do was turn in the paper, so how could that go wrong? in the other i had a written part and a multiple choice part and everything just clicked. it was a great feeling. the birds were singing, the sun was shining bright, there was just this great mood at 1604 and DT. i wish i had this much gusto the whole semester.

i think it's partly bc i got a new hoodie. yeah i know, this type of weather and i'm wearing my hoodie? but hell yeah. i do this every semester during finals. my sis puts her hands in the freakin dirty fountain that is supposed to contain "luck" and i wear my hoodie all week. that's just how it works out. it's tradition. anyway, i bought a new one yesterday bc my other one needed to be retired. i haven't worn it at all this semester (probably why my whole semester sucked overall), but i used to wear it like two to three times a week and everything just flowed so beautifully. but it's all faded now with holes here and there bc i would wear it and wash it like every night and yeah right, like i know how to do laundry well. i still love my old hoodie and it shall forever remain in the hall of fame, but this one is awesome too.

i'm just in this awesome mood. i want finals to be over so i can hurry up and start on a brand new slate :o)
